When I went through sorority recruitment back in the early 90s, the entire experience looked completely different. There were no curated social media feeds, no resumes formatted to perfection, and certainly no need to worry about digital first impressions. Back then, the idea of a sorority recruitment coach was unheard of, but today having one can make all the difference in navigating rush with confidence.
